BandJam, a benefit concert in Edmonton AB, was founded in 2018 to raise money for charities in the city.
The inaugural BandJam was a huge success. The show sold out and raised more than $50,000!
The event is run by volunteers with critical support from charitable partners. The bands raise money to perform and all proceeds from event go to charity.
It's a novel concept that puts leaders from industry, and their garage bands, on stage with purpose. Everyone wants to be a rock star!
